Jeopardy Blog Post

Top 10 flaws

  1. Most of the groups were not able to control the room.
  2. In some of the presntations the slides were not working. The game would have gone smoother if this was not a problem.
  3. The rules for a couple of presentations were not clear. This caused a lot of confusion.
  4. The teams were sometimes uneven and not fair. For example, in one of the presentations the teams were broken down into two groups and one of the teams had more people. That gave them an advantage.
  5. The players were rude. When it was another team's turn to answer other teams would shout out random answers.
  6. The point system was also sometimes unfair and at the same time a bit confusing. When one team answered a question wrong they would get points off but when another team answered a question wrong they sometimes would not get any pints off.
  7. When giving out the prizes people were out of control. It should have been more orginized. The presenters should have gave out the prizes themselves.
  8. Some of the questions were unclear. The answers to some questions were not clear or wrong.
  9. Teams often cheated. They should have gotten points taken away but did not.
  10. Some of the questions were in the wrong category. Some were also not worth their point value.

Whose presentation did you like the best - please explain in a paragraph why?
I liked Joe's and Olivia's presentation the best. They kept the room under control. The prizes were distributed by themselves which made it more orginized. Their rules were most clear and their questions were appropriate for the amount of points given.

Which Group asked the toughest questions in your opinion
Emiel & Angelo. Their questions were not relevent to the categories. It was mostly about themselves.

What would you change in your presentation if you had a chance to do it again?
I would change the point system because people complained that the some easy questions were worth more than the harder ones. The rules were not clear so i would also change those. I wouljd also do other things to keep the teams under control.

What was your favorite prize? Which group brought that prize in?
I liked the brownies and cookies that Devon and Alley brought in.
